Low Carb Monte Cristo Roll Ups
- 6 slices deli turkey
- 3 teaspoons prepared mustard, any style you like
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar-free strawberry jam
- 4 tablespoons chopped pecans
- Lay out each slice of turkey flat and spread each with 1/2 teaspoon of mustard.
- Lay one slice of cheese on each slice of turkey.
- Mix together the jam and the pecans.
- Spread a line of the mixture along one end of each of the roll ups.
- Roll up each roll from the jam end and serve.
