Simple Sweet & Spicy Atsuage Stir-Fry
- 1 pack Atsuage
- 1 Chopped green onion
- 1 Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp each Soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar
- 5 cm's worth Grated ginger (or tubed ginger)
- Combine and mix the ingredients for the sauce.
- Chop up the atsuage into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the chopped up atsuage and katakuriko into a plastic bag.
- Shake the bag lightly to coat the atsuage with katakuriko.
- Fry the atsuage in a frying pan with a decent amount of oil.
- When both sides are nicely browned, drizzle in the prepared sauce and coat the atsuage.
- Turn the heat off.
- Toss the chopped green onions to finish.
- Dish it up and enjoy.
