Simple Sweet & Spicy Atsuage Stir-Fry

  1. Combine and mix the ingredients for the sauce.
  2. Chop up the atsuage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Put the chopped up atsuage and katakuriko into a plastic bag.
  4. Shake the bag lightly to coat the atsuage with katakuriko.
  5. Fry the atsuage in a frying pan with a decent amount of oil.
  6. When both sides are nicely browned, drizzle in the prepared sauce and coat the atsuage.
  7. Turn the heat off.
  8. Toss the chopped green onions to finish.
  9. Dish it up and enjoy.
