Curried Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Salt and pepper pork chops; then brown well in electric frying pan.
  2. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 c. water.
  3. Sprinkle curry pwdr directly on pork chops.
  4. Pour bouillon water over pork chops; add in extra water to cover.
  5. Cover frying pan and simmer till fork tender (about 1 1/2 hrs).
  6. Add in water to pan as it evaporates.
  7. Before serving, remove pork chops and thicken gravy with flour and water.
  8. Serve over cooked rice.
