Spiked Pecan Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Whisk eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Add dark corn syrups, sugar, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and vanilla and mix until well-incorporated.
  4. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour pie filling into unbaked pie crust.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes then lower temperature to 350 and bake for another 25-35 minutes until pie is set.
  7. Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
