BAKER'S Easy Mocha Buttercream

  1. Microwave chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  2. ; stir until completely melted.
  3. Add coffee in to combined water and vanilla in small cup; stir until dissolved.
  4. Beat butter and chocolate with mixer on low speed until creamy.
  5. Gradually add sugar, beating on low speed after each addition until blended.
  6. Beat on high speed until light and fluffy.
  7. Add coffee mixture; mix well.
  8. Let frosting stand, if necessary, until of desired spreading consistency.
  9. Use to frost your favorite cake or cupcakes.
