Baked Key Lime Pie Recipe

  1. This is mighty tasty and quite easy to make: Pre-heat oven to 325`F.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together sweetened con.
  3. lowfat milk and egg yolks till well-blended.
  4. Slowly stir in the lime juice ( for more tart flavor, use 1/2 c. juice), stirring gently just till blended.
  5. Pour into pie crust and bake for 10 min.
  6. Allow to cold at room temperature, then refrigeratebefore serving.
  7. Top with whip cream, if you like...I think it's best with the whipped cream.
  8. Note:leaves room in the crust for whipped cream.
  9. If more filling is desired, increase the filling proportions by 1/2.
