Tart Green Salad with Avocado Dressing

  1. Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the dressing ingredients and 1/4 cup of water in a blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. (If the dressing is too thick, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.)
