Aunt Sharon's Lasagna

  1. Brown sausage and drain off fat.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients.
  3. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook lasagna noodles until tender.
  5. Drain and rinse.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients, except mozzarella.
  7. Place half of the noodles in a 13x9 pan.
  8. Spread 1/2 ricotta mixture over noodles.
  9. Add 1/2 the meat mixture and 1/2 the mozzarella.
  10. Repeat with a second layer.
  11. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  12. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
