Sour Cream Bran Muffins Recipe

  1. Cream butter, gradually add in sugar beating well at medium speed.
  2. Add in egg, lowfat sour cream and molasses; mix well.
  3. Stir in raisins.
  4. Combine flour, soda, salt and cereal (shred between fingers); add in to creamed mix, stirring just till moistened.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min or possibly till done.
  7. Makes 16 muffins.
