Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

  1. Flatten chicken breasts with wooden mallet.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  3. Top each with ham and then cheese.
  4. Fold chicken over.
  5. Dip in flour, egg, then fine bread crumbs.
  6. In a fry pan, saute/fry in butter till a light golden.
  7. Sprinkle white wine over the chicken.
  8. Place in a greased roasting pan.
  9. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  11. When serving, top chicken with mushroom sauce.
