Mexican Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F (230C).
  2. Roll the pizza dough out into a 10 to 12-inch circle or desired thickness.
  3. Place the pizza dough onto a pizza pan sprinkled with cornmeal.
  4. Spread the salsa onto the dough evenly.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese, then peppers, corn, and black beans.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts, and the edges become slightly brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, and let cook for a few minutes.
  8. Top with fresh scallions and cilantros.
  9. Cut into wedges, squeeze lime juice over and serve warm.
