Fried Chicken Mascarpone

  1. Mix seasoning into a large ziplock bag.
  2. Add chicken breasts into ziplock bag.
  3. Shake bag until Chicken breasts are powdered.
  4. Depending on size of bag, you may need to repeat this step as you go.
  5. Make mashed potatoes.
  6. If you are using instant mashed potatoes, make for serving of 6.
  7. Put a tablespoon of canola oil in a sauce pan.
  8. Slice onion and add to heated canola oil pan.
  9. Cook onions on low until soft.
  10. Add mascarpone cheese to onions.
  11. Slice grape tomatoes in half and add to Cheese and onions.
  12. Stir cheese, onion, tomato sauce until it's playable.
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. Heat large oil pan.
  15. Line pan with corn oil.
  16. Heat on medium-low until oil is nice and hot.
  17. Add breasts to oil.
  18. Cook each side thoroughly.
  19. Good rule of thumb is cook on one side until you see the chicken turn white about 1/4 inch above oil line.
  20. Then flip.
  21. Flour/breading should be golden brown.
  22. Once chicken is done.
  23. Plate a scoop of mashed potatoes.
  24. Place chicken breast on potatoes.
  25. Add onions and sauce to top of chicken.
  26. Eat and Enjoy.
