Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 13 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- Stir the soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in a 1 1/2-qt.
- casserole dish.
- Mix the bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
- Tips: Rice Is Nice: Add 2 cups cooked white rice to the broccoli mixture.
- Cheese Change-Up: Use mozzarella cheese for Cheddar.
