Party Potato Salad

  1. Boil and drain potatoes and eggs.
  2. Make a marinade with remaining ingredients EXCEPT mayo.
  3. While potatoes are still warm, peel and chop.
  4. Add to marinade and stir as you go.
  5. Peel and chop eggs.
  6. Add to bowl.
  7. Add mayo and fold gently but throughly.
  8. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  9. Stir before serving.
  10. Adjust s&p if necessary.
