Geechigirl Crab Cakes

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except olive oil, together.
  2. Form into patties about 3/4-inch thick and 2 inches in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm 3 tablespoons oil.
  4. Add half the patties.
  5. Sear until golden, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Repeat with remaining oil and patties.
  7. Serve hot.

fresh lump crabmeat, parsley, clove garlic, egg, lemon, mayonnaise, scallion, dill, red pepper, cayenne pepper, bread crumbs, olive oil
