Ultimate Peanut Butter Swirled Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch square pan.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Melt butter, unsweetened chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, 4-7 minutes or until smooth.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in 2 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla.
  6. Add 6 eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Add flour and salt; mix just until all ingredients are moistened and brownie mixture is smooth.
  8. Spread half of brownie mixture into prepared pan.
  9. Combine all filling ingredients in bowl.
  10. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  11. Dollop peanut butter mixture over brownie mixture.
  12. Spoon remaining brownie mixture over peanut butter mixture.
  13. Swirl brownie mixture and peanut butter mixture with knife.
  14. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  15. Cool completely; cut into bars.
  16. Store refrigerated.
