Easy Pasta Salad
- 1 box Spiral Pasta
- 1 bag California Frozen Vegetables
- 1 package Smoked Sausage Cut Into Big Pieces
- 1 package Pepperoni
- 1 can Whole Black Olives Drained
- 1 bottle Ranch Or Italian Dressing
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain well when done.
- Cook frozen vegetables and drain well.
- While pasta and vegetables are cooking, cut your smoked sausage into quarter-inch pieces.
- Then, in a large bowl, add pasta, vegetables, sausage, pepperoni, and black olives.
- Add dressing and toss together.
- The amount of dressing is up to you.
- Sometimes I let people put the dressing on themselves.
- Not everyone likes a lot of salad dressing.
- This recipe can be made healthier, by simply using whole grain pasta, turkey pepperoni, low fat smoked sausage and a low fat dressing.
- If you decide to use an Italian dressing, I use an oil-and-vinegar based dressing, not creamy Italian.
