It Needs Something - Creamy Chicken and Noodles

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a saute pan, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until onions are clear.
  3. Add chicken and heat until browned.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Mix chicken broth with cooking creme and poor over chicken mixture.
  6. Add roasted red pepper and spices and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. If too thin (mine was).
  8. Mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with a little more chicken broth (1/8 cup?)
  9. and add to pan.
  10. Mix well to thicken.
  11. Serve over egg noodles.
