Grilled Tuna and Cheese Salad
- 2 can tuna, drained
- 3 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp Mayo w/ Canola Oil
- 2 tbsp Sweet Relish
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- 8 slice Bread, buttered on 1 side
- Preheat toaster oven on grill at 325.
- Mix tuna, mayo, relish, eggs and cheese in mixing bowl.
- Spread on unbuttered side of each bread slices.
- Then top with other bread, buttered side up.
- Toast for 10-13 min.
- Serve with the grill side up and with salad.
- You could also omit the shredded cheese and go for cheese slices on top of the tuna salad then top with bread.
- Both ways is really great, but I like the shredded cheese version better than the other.
