Grilled Tuna and Cheese Salad

  1. Preheat toaster oven on grill at 325.
  2. Mix tuna, mayo, relish, eggs and cheese in mixing bowl.
  3. Spread on unbuttered side of each bread slices.
  4. Then top with other bread, buttered side up.
  5. Toast for 10-13 min.
  6. Serve with the grill side up and with salad.
  7. You could also omit the shredded cheese and go for cheese slices on top of the tuna salad then top with bread.
  8. Both ways is really great, but I like the shredded cheese version better than the other.
