Pork And Chicken Adobo Recipe

  1. Cut chicken and pork into serving pcs.
  2. Combine in a big casserole with vinegar, water, garlic, peppercorns, soy sauce, salt, and bay leaf.
  3. Cover and cook over moderate heat till chicken and pork are tender.
  4. Remove chicken, pork, and garlic; drain.
  5. Fry garlic and meats in a skillet till brown.
  6. Return to the sauce in the casserole and stir well.
  7. Cook till sauce thickens.
  8. Serve either warm or possibly cool.
