Easy Hors D'oeuvre Appetizer Balls Recipe

• 1 c. biscuit mix
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 pound bulk sausage

1. Combine ingredients, mix till well blended.
2. Shape into small walnut size balls.
3. Place on broiler type pan (to drain off fat from sausage).
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
5. Makes four dozen appetizer balls.
