Hot Buttered Rum

  1. Heat the pineapple juice until it steams, don't boil it.
  2. In a large mug with the cinnamon stick, stir together the rum and sugar.
  3. Pour the hot pineapple juice over rum.
  4. Float pat of butter on top.
  5. Serve immediately.
