Michelle's Mex Pasta Salad Recipe
- 1 pound ziti
- 1 (16 ounce.) can black olives, halved
- 1 (7 ounce.) can green minced chilies
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 16 ounce. salsa (med. or possibly mild)
- 1/2 c. taco sauce
- 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boil ziti, rinse in cool water.
- Mix all ingredients till blended, place in refrigerator for 20 min, then serve.
- Serves 6 to 8.
