Sausage, asparagus, and egg soup

  1. Add oil to a pot get it hot add sausage.
  2. Brown the sausage
  3. Chop the asparagus add it to sausage.
  4. Stir a bit add salt, pepper, and garlic
  5. Add the broth.
  6. Cook till asparagus is tender crack the eggs one at a time.
  7. Add to soup one at a time.
  8. When the whites of the eggs is done dip 4 bowls with an egg in each.
  9. The yoke should be runny.
  10. Put an ounce of cheese and tablespoonful of jalapeno peppers in each bowl.
  11. Serve hope you enjoy!
