Russian Creme Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. water
- 2 env. Knox gelatin
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. Cold Whip
- 1 box Salada Danish dessert (strawberry flavor)
- 1 box liquid removed frzn strawberries, defrosted
- Dissolve sugar, water and gelatin in microwave 4 min.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
- Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
- Mix in Cold Whip.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Follow recipe on Salada box for Fruit Sauce.
- Add in liquid removed strawberries and chill.
- Pour over above gelatin mix before serving.
