Healthy Pancakes
- 12 cup old fashioned oats
- 12 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 5 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cinnamon
- fruit, of your choice (optional)
- Place all ingredients in blender until smooth
- pour batter into heated non stick skillet or griddle.
- cook each side couple minutes -- enjoy.
- delicious with fresh fruit and sugar free syrup!
