Oranges Stuffed With Chicken Recipe

• 3 navel oranges
• 2 cups diced cooked chicken
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon brandy
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 18 teaspoon pepper
• 14 cup mayonnaise

1. Cut oranges in half.
2. Carefully remove flesh with grapefruit knife, and chop it fine together with chicken.
3. Add ketchup, brandy, salt, pepper and enough mayonnaise to bind mixture.
4. Fill orange shells with this mixture.
5. Garnish each with a glazed cherry.
