Quick & Easy Shrimp Primavera
- 3 cups whole wheat rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup matchlike carrot sticks King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to shrimp mixture; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with cheese and lemon zest.
