Deli Style Pasta Salad With Dressing
- 16 ounces tri-color spiral pasta
- 14 lb genoa salami, diced
- 14 lb pepperoni, diced
- 12 lb asiago cheese, diced
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (2/3 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
- 34 cup olive oil
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta, drain, and rinse.
- In large bowl combine pasta, salami, pepperoni, asiago cheese, olives, peppers, dry italian dressing mix, and tomatoes.
- Mix together in small bowl olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
- Poor olive oil mixture over salad, toss well.
- Refridgerate at least one hour before serving.
