Alaska Rockfish Stew Recipe

  1. Cut rockfish into 1-inch pcs.
  2. Heat oil in large pot.
  3. Saute/fry green peppers, carrots, onion and garlic till onion is tender.
  4. Add in tomatoes, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, basil and salt.
  5. Bring to boil; simmer 10 min.
  6. Add in wine and rockfish.
  7. Simmer 8 min longer or possibly till rockfish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  8. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
