Easy Breakfast Casserole

  1. In frying pan, heat oil and cook hash browns completely.
  2. season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper pepper and the parsley.
  3. In a separate pan, cook sausage patties according to package.
  4. Drain grease and set sausage aside.
  5. Preheat oven to 325AF
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, remaining salt and pepper and the butter and beat together thoroughly.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Chop up the drained sausage in small, bite-size chunks.
  9. Using an oven safe casserole dish, line the bottom of the dish with the potatoes, then top with 1/4 cup of cheese.
  10. For the next layer, top the cheese with the sausage and spread evenly.
  11. Add another layer of cheese, 1/4 cup.
  12. Pour in the egg mixture and top with remaining cheese.
  13. Spread evenly.
  14. Place in oven and bake 30 minutes.
  15. Remove and enjoy !
