Chamomile Pear Jelly

  1. Combine tea, pear nectar, lemon juice, and sugar in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Immediately stir in liquid pectin, return to a full boil.
  4. Boil hard for 1 min., stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat; skim off any foam.
  6. Pour quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4-inch from rim.
  7. Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centers.
  8. Let stand at room temperature until set.
