Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 34 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg
- 1 13 cups milk
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- Mix flour through spice in a bowl.
- Blend remaining ingredients in a blender.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, just until moistened.
- Adjust consistency, as preferred.
- Cook as you would normal pancakes.
