My Favorite Lasagna
- 16 ounces lasagna noodles
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes
- 6 ounces tomato puree
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- salt
- garlic powder, to taste
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 onion, medium-sized
- 10 ounces cheddar cheese soup
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Brown hamburger and onion, crumbling till browned.
- Add tomatoes, paste, sauce, oregano, garlic, parsely and salt.
- Simmer together.
- Meanwhile, run can of unopened soup uner hot water.
- Cook noodles until tender.
- Layer as follows in 9x13 lasagna pan:.
- Always start and end with the sauce.

- 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup.

- repeat layers.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
