Grilled Game Hens

  2. Add remaining ingredients (up to 2 tablespoons ground ginger); seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Remove hens, reserving marinade.
  4. Place hens in a 13-in.
  5. x 9-in.
  6. x 2-in.

  9. Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals, basting frequently, for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
