Surprise Chocolate Fudge

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, mash beans with a fork until smooth; cover and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Add cocoa, butter and vanilla.
  3. (Mixture will be thick.)
  4. Slowly stir in sugar; add nuts.
  5. Press mixture into a 9-in square pan coated with non stick cooking spray.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
  7. Cut into 1-in pieces.
  8. 2 points per piece.
