Herb Stuffed Meat Pie Recipe

  1. Beat egg with lowfat milk; stir in 1/2 c. croutons.
  2. Let stand 5 min.
  3. Fold in grnd beef and salt till well blended.
  4. Press into a 9-inch pie pan, making a 1/2-inch high edge.
  5. Saute/fry onion, apple, celery, and carrot in butter just till onion is soft.
  6. Stir in water and remaining croutons.
  7. Spoon into meat shell.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  9. Pour off any drippings.
