Speedy Microwave Moist Chocolate Cake
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup soya oil
- 3 tbsp. golden syrup
- light corn syrup
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 3-1/2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Mix all together in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour into a well greased microwave ring cake tin and cook on high (850-900 watts) for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool in the tin, then serve with whipped cream and chocolate fudge sauce.
