Speedy Microwave Moist Chocolate Cake

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup soya oil
• 3 tbsp. golden syrup
• light corn syrup
• 1-1/2 cup flour
• 3-1/2 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda

1. Mix all together in a food processor until smooth.
2. Pour into a well greased microwave ring cake tin and cook on high (850-900 watts) for 8-10 minutes.
3. Cool in the tin, then serve with whipped cream and chocolate fudge sauce.
