Cheddar Jack & Bacon Pork Chops
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
- 6 bone-in pork chops (2-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1/3 cup fresh salsa
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Moisten chops with water; place, 1 piece at a time, in FRESH TAKE bag.
- Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of chops.
- (Chops will not be completely coated.)
- Place chops on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; top with any remaining cheese mixture.
- Bake 24 to 26 min.
- or until chops are done (150 degrees F).
- Remove from oven.
- Serve with salsa.
