Oatmeal Pancake for 1

• 14 cup oats
• 3 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons light maple syrup

1. Mix together and cook in a frying pan with non stick spray.
2. Drizzle syrup overtop.
3. Can be made ahead and kept in fridge or freezer.
