Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
- 23 cup granulated sugar
- 23 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 cup stick butter, softened
- 13 cup shortening
- 12 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup chopped natural almonds
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except oats,flour and almonds in large bowl.
- Stir in oats, flour and almonds.
- Place 2 inch balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
- Cool on wire rack.
