Chicken Caesar Salad
- 1 Land O Lakes Garlic & Herb Saute Express square
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (9-ounce) bag chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- 2 small tomatoes, sliced
- Melt Saute Express in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
- Add chicken.
- Saute 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
- Remove from skillet.
- Toss lettuce, cheese and dressing in large bowl.
- Cut chicken into thin strips.
- Serve chicken, croutons and tomatoes over salad.
