Chicken Caesar Salad

  1. Melt Saute Express in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. Saute 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  4. Remove from skillet.
  5. Toss lettuce, cheese and dressing in large bowl.
  6. Cut chicken into thin strips.
  7. Serve chicken, croutons and tomatoes over salad.
