Bread For All Seasons(Like A Cake)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine flours, sugars, cinnamon, soda and salt in large bowl.
  3. Beat eggs, oil and vanilla in small bowl; add to dry ingredients and blend.
  4. Stir in carrots, apple or zucchini, chips and walnuts.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 6-cup or 8-cup bundt pan.
  6. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
  7. Cool 30 minutes; remove from pan.
  8. If desired, spread with Cream Cheese Glaze.
