Super Easy Pork Chops and Stuffing

  1. mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  2. dip pork chops in flour mixture
  3. fry chops in a skillet until both sides are a golden brown, they dont have to be cooked all the way through, they will be baked also.
  4. while browning meat prepare stuffing per package directions.
  5. drain chops on paper towels if necessary.
  6. spread stuffing in a casserole dish (I use 11x7) and lay pork chops on top.
  7. pour entire jar of gravy over the top and bake in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 mins or until gravy begins to bubble.
