Cindy's Oatmeal-Butterscotch Cookies
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2-1/2 cup oats
- 1 pkg. butterscotch chips
- Mix together butter, brown sugar and eggs.
- Beat until creamy.
- Add flour, baking powder & soda, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add oats.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add butterscotch chips.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for 1/2-1 hour.
- Place spoon-sized balls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated 375F oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove and place on cooling racks.
