Baked Bean Spread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can beans
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 14 cup water
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Saute onions, garlic, garlic salt, pepper, and curry in olive oil until onions are tender.
- Put onion mixture, beans, vinegar, water and hot sauce in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place blended bean mixture in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with veggies, bread, or crackers.
