Crockpot Beef Stew

• 2 lbs (.9 kg) beef stew meat
• 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 3 carrots, chopped
• 1 turnip, cubed
• 2 ribs of celery, chopped
• 1 pkg. beef stew seasoning mix
• 1 cup (225 ml) hot water
• 1 can sweet peas

1. Put all ingredients in crockpot, except peas.
2. Cook on Low 8 hours or till tender.
3. Add peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
