Russian Chicken Salad Recipe

• 2 c. extra virgin olive oil
• Cooked chicken, cut into 1/2" strips
• 1 c. minced green onions
• 1/2 c. minced potato
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper

1. Put chicken, green onions and potatoes in a large bowl.
2. Combine other ingredients and shake well.
3. Pour over salad, wait 15 min to serve.
