Leahs Famous Flavored Whipped Cream

• 1 pints Heavy cream
• 1 tsp brandy extract
• 1 tsp rum extract
• 1 Sugar-to taste
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie or apple pie spice
• 1 tsp ginger

1. Chill the bowl in which, the cream will be whipped
2. whip the cream
3. Add the remaining ingredients-1 at a time, in the order listed above.
