Deviled Chicken
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard or 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Preheat oven to 375F Grease a rimmed baking sheet.
- Melt butter in microwave or in small saucepan.
- Thoroughly combine butter with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard in a wide dish.
- In another dish, stir together bread crumbs with garlic powder, paprika, mustard powder, salt and pepper.
- Season chicken breasts with more salt and pepper.
- Dip both sides in mustard mixture, then press firmly into bread crumbs, packing crumbs onto chicken.
- Place chicken onto prepared sheet pan and bake in preheated oven 35-45 minutes or until internal temperature is 155F, turning over half-way through.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving (internal temp should rise to 160F).
